Omena Foundation Privacy Policy
In order to fulfill the information obligation imposed on us as the administrator of your personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: “GDPR”), we hereby inform that:
The administrator of your personal data is the Omenaa Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Helena Kozłowska 1 lok. 43, 00-710 Warsaw, entered into the register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and independent public health care institutions of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS number: 0000509539, REGON: 147357946, NIP: 5272719133 (hereinafter: “Administrator” or “Foundation”).
You can contact the Administrator via traditional mail (mailing address: ul. Helena Kozłowska 1 lok. 43, 00-710 Warsaw), as well as via e-mail (e-mail address: [email protected]).
Our main website (https://omenaafoundation.com/) and the website dedicated to the project “Become Who You Want” (https://omenaa.org/) allow you to contact us via the form available in the “Contact” tab. The website dedicated to the project “Become Who You Want” (https://omenaa.org/) also provides a contact form for potential volunteers on the main page of the website. Sending an inquiry using the form requires providing contact details:
a. in the case of https://omenaafoundation.com/ – name and surname and email address,
b. in the case of https://omenaa.org/ – name, email address and phone number and age.
Other types of personal data may be included in the content of the message sent.You can also contact us via traditional mail sent to the Foundation’s address. In this case, we will receive your address data.
Messages sent to us using the contact form, e-mail or traditional mail are understood as your consent to the processing of personal data contained therein and your address data by the Foundation – we can therefore process them on the basis of art. 6 section 1 letter a of GDPR. The data will also be processed by the Foundation in accordance with art. 6 section 1 letter of GDPR in order to:
a. respond to the received message and for the purpose of further communication, if necessary (data processing is in our and your legitimate interest – allows communication between us),
b. adding your data to our contact database (it is in our legitimate interest to be able to contact people already known),
c. in the case of traditional correspondence – for the purposes of our documentation regarding the sent and received mail (it is in our legitimate interest to document the receipt and sending of correspondence in accordance with internal office rules).In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Administrator for the above-mentioned purposes, they may be transferred to the Foundation’s associates and entities providing legal, marketing, accounting, IT, postal, courier and other services to the Administrator to the extent necessary to settle the matter to which the exchange of correspondence relates.
Our main website (https://omenaafoundation.com/) and the website dedicated to the project “Become Who You Want” (https://omenaa.org/) also allow you to make payments to the Foundation using the system provided by the payment service provider. In order to enable the above mentioned payments, the Administrator may obtain your data in the form of your name, surname, e-mail address. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in this case is art. 6 section 1 letter f of GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator in enabling you to make payments to the Foundation.
To the extent referred to in section 7 above, the recipient of your data will be PayPro S.A. with its registered office in Poznań at ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto i Wilda, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000347935, REGON: 301345068, NIP: 7792369887. In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Administrator for the above-mentioned purpose, they may also be transferred to entities providing legal, accounting, IT and other services to the Administrator to the extent that it will be necessary to make payments.
Regardless of the above, when you visit our websites (https://omenaafoundation.com/, https://rioeducentrum.com/, https://omenaa.org/), IT data about your visit are automatically collected, in particular:
a. IP address,

c. type of browser.
Just visiting our website does not require you to provide any other information or personal data. Your personal data will not be transferred to entities from outside the European Union and the European Economic Area or international organizations.
Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to settle the matter to which the exchange of correspondence relates. Your contact details will remain stored in our contact database (in the case of traditional correspondence also for the purposes of our documentation regarding the sent and received mail), unless you request their deletion. In this case, we will delete your data immediately. However, we may continue to process your personal data if there is a legal basis for doing so arising from the ongoing cooperation between us (in particular from the concluded contract) or for other reasons, which we will inform by means of a separate communication. The request for deletion of data will also not affect the lawfulness of data processing before the request is made.
In cases and to the extent specified by the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
If you find irregularities in connection with the processing of your personal data by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, whose contact details are available at: https://uodo.gov.pl/pl/p/kontakt.
The personal data to which this information relates have been (will be) provided by you voluntarily. Their submission is not mandatory.
